Work and good rest
Jose Lestao - Chef, very pleasant and a good chef when we don't know what to eat. Always with a good suggestion and asking if the client is satisfied. Reception: Ana, Fernando, Raquel, nice and kind Team. Very good meet and greet when arriving and always asking if any help is needed. Cleaning Staff: Room very well cleaned, tidy and smelling fresh.

Great for families, pleasant staff! A bit pricey.
The staff is excellent. They made my family feel very welcomed and they were kind and friendly with our kid. I'd definitely recommend it for a family that wants to explore Galicia without stress. The facilities were cleaned and the room is comfortable, there's a cafeteria serving food in the hotel so that's very handy. Generally we didn't have any problems with the amenities.
A bit pricey for what it offers. We thought for the price we paid for, the breakfast could be included as well as the parking. Also, the location is a bit in the middle of nowhere, which wasn't a problem as we rented a car. I certainly wouldn't recommend it if you don't have your private vehicle. And don't expect much for the view, a bit grim.

A convenient, good value hotel that is well placed for exploring the Ferrol region
Hotel Valencia was good value for money. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The hotel’s underground parking was convenient and not expensive. Staff members were friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant.
The hotel is not within easy walking distance of the center of Ferrol. Although our bathroom had a bidet, there were no bidet towels.
